  • Cooked Chicken Breast or pieces
  • 18 cup Red Onion, diced
  • 18 cup Sweet Pepper, chopped
  • 18 cup Cucumber, chopped
  • 18 cup Avocado, diced
  • 18 cup Carrot, grated
  • 4-6 Cherry Tomatos, diced
  • 18 cup Almonds or Pecans
  • crumble of Goat Feta (optional)
  • 18 cup Dried Cranberries (optional)
  • 1 Apple, sliced (optional)

Balsamic Vinaigrette

  • 12 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 12 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
